A recent styled shoot at DragonRidge Country Club by Symphony Weddings & Events transported us to a vintage French countryside garden, inspired by the timeless tale of “Beauty and the Beast.” The vision emerged from a desire to create a whimsical and inviting atmosphere, blending unique creative elements with the soft elegance of pale yellow, ivory, champagne, and gold. This color palette, often overlooked, served as the perfect backdrop for an enchanting garden tea party, echoing the magical world of fairy tales.

The shoot aimed to evoke the emotions of childhood dreams, reminding millennial brides that their favorite fairy tales can seamlessly intertwine with their own wedding narratives. The overarching theme centered on the idea that love can bloom in unexpected places, much like the relationship between Belle and the Beast. This heartfelt approach sought to rekindle the wonder of “once upon a time,” creating a fairy tale wedding experience that felt both personal and relatable.

To bring this enchanting vision to life, the team meticulously crafted a stunning tablescape designed to invite guests to “Be Our Guest.” Elegant teacups, clean place settings, and soft glowing tabletop lamps and candles, akin to Lumière, created an inviting ambiance. The French vibe was further enhanced by a delightful menu featuring a baguette girl, French 75 signature cocktails, and exquisite macarons, ensuring that every detail reflected the whimsical theme.

One of the standout features of the shoot was the seating chart, a breathtaking 6-foot wall adorned with custom pale yellow bird wallpaper from Royal Celebration Designs. Each table was named after a charming city in France, with vendors recognized through beautifully etched perfume bottles serving as place cards.
